cineXplugins Anti-virus Issues

cineXplugins on Windows 10 and Windows Defender or other Anti-virus software.
The following errors that may come up when trying to use or install cineXplugins
I've installed the plugin but when I go to the file export, the cinedeck export and cinedeck insert plugins are missing.
I've installed the plugin, but after a restart when I go to the file export, the cinedeck export and cinedeck insert plugins return an "Cannot create a suitable container writer" error.
Solution
In either case, you will need to
disable Windows Defender temporarily
reinstall the plugins
whitelist the cineX plugin files in the A/V software.

For Avid Media Composer
