To obtain a Machine Key, the relevant product software must be downloaded

Once you obtain the Machine key, you can visit the Customer Dashboard and follow the guide: Generating and Downloading a license

If you purchased the “CineX Suite”, you may obtain a machine key from any application, however CineXtools is the fastest method.
