CineXtools & CineXmeta - Support Logs

If you are in need of support for these products you may be asked to provide diagnostic logs for the application from your computer.

For the Mac OS the logs are in your documents folder > cineXtools/Standalone Metadata Editor > Logs

 

It would be useful to send the latest log when you create a support ticket anyway, please provide the latest log, an example is shown below

 

For Windows the logs are also in your user documents folder.
