 First, download the client from the Client Software page.

Right-click the package and choose open with >> installer   

  • Be sure not to double-click as UAC will prevent the installer from opening

  • Follow the steps in the installation wizard

  • Select whether to install for all users or just one, etc.

  • Select installation location.  It is not recommended to change the location.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure that UAC is set to allow installation of applications downloaded from developers other than Apple.

  • Ensure that the user logged in for installation has Administrator privileges.
