Licensing ConneX

ConneX uses licensing for anti-piracy protection. This guide will instruct you on activating your license through Cinedeck Licensing.

1. Start with downloading and installing the latest version. You can find it in here.

2. In order to generate a license, you must obtain a Machine ID. Start with launching the app.

3. After ConneX has launched select File>Settings and copy the public key

4. The “Public Key” is what you will be emailing to sales@cinedeck.com, or your Cinedeck contact.

5. With the “Public Key” your Cinedeck contact will generate a license file. When you receive the license file by email, save it on the system where you’re running ConneX.

6. In the settings window select “Browse”, and select the license file you downloaded.

7. Great! Now your ConneX software is licensed.
