Network Mapped Drives are Not Available: Need to EnableLinkedConnections
If you map network drives in windows, which are visible in explorer but not seen in Cinedeck, it may be due to permissions associated to linked connections. When User Account Control (UAC) is enabled, if you run a program as Administrator (elevated), you can't see network drives unless a registry setting is changed to allow it.
Firstly confirm the option to enable “use windows drive mapping” has been selected in Cinedeck server preferences - please see this guide for details Cannot see local drives in Cinedeck app
If you still can not access mounted network drives, run the registry fix attached to the page as administrator, then restart Windows.
If you are continuing to have challenges with network drives, please create a support ticket
