Latest CD2 Software

  • Download the correct installer for your hardware:

Cinedeck RX3G for Gen 9 or later i7 or i9 CPU with Quicksync

Cinedeck MX for systems with an Nvidia GPU

  • Double-click to install

  • If UAC shows the Windows protected your PC dialog, select “More info”

  • Select “Run Anyway”

  • The installer will run

  • To start the Cinedeck Server, right click the icon and select “Run as administrator.

 

Troubleshooting

On the PC, it is critical that the user account used for installation has full Administrator privileges or certain parts of the installation will fail, even if user provides Admin password during the install process.
