Setting up Cinedeck Server on an AMI or VM using the installer.

Download online installer and install latest version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Cinedeck

1. Please download the latest installer

2. Run the installer and follow the instructions

3. Download AWS config file and copy it to Application root folder (C:\Program Files\Cinedeck\conedeck_server_<version>\): https://www.dropbox.com/s/fqd96swgyqh3054/config.ini?dl=0

4. Add Cinedeck to Firewall exceptions:

   • Open Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Defender Firewall -> Allow app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall

   • Select Allow another app button and select cinedeckMX.exe file from app folder and press Add

   • Mark checkboxes for Private and Public networks

5. Run Cinedeck Server app and make the following adjustments to the settings:

   • Switch on ‘Window’

   • Switch on ‘Use Windows Drives Mapping’

6. Add Cinedeck to autostart (optional):

   • Press Win+R and run shell:startup

   • Copy shortcut to Cinedeck server from desktop to opened folder
