Cinedeck Sales/Installation and Commissioning

  1. In the initial pre-sales phase the solution will be clearly defined with any possible issues highlighted, discussed and resolved.

  2. System and workflows diagrams will be prepared with any custom workflow or integration requirements clearly defined.

  3. System diagrams are confirmed by client and Cinedeck CTO prior to order placement.

  4. PO is placed.

  5. Statement of work document prepared by the Cinedeck solutions team defining the required deliverables, project testing, acceptance procedures and “go-live” dates.

  6. Responsible SA will setup a project kick-off meeting with all relevant parties to:

    1. Go through statement of works. (approve).

    2. List responsible parties.

    3. Define project communication method. Jira, Slack, WhatsApp?

  7. Statement of work document will be converted by the solutions team into project plan with actionable Jira dev tickets with resources required and deadlines.

  8. System build and any dev

  9. Delivery.

  10. Instal.

  11. 3rd party integration.

  12. Commissioning and testing.

  13. Training.

  14. Monitoring.

  15. Project close.
