Commissioning Checklist
If you have requested commissioning assistance from Cinedeck please book schedule a time for commissioning via your Cinedeck sales representative/ Dealer. If you have not please consult this KB (Knowledge Base) for information on how to set up your system.
During commissioning the Cinedeck specialist will assist you in getting your Cinedeck ready to work in your environment; recording your sources to the correct location with the correct codecs and wrappers.
During configuration we recommend your engineer be present to assist and learn how to configure the unit if production requirements change.
Below is a list of required information and items to be completed before commissioning.
Environment requirements
Cinedeck Server connected to SDI/other sources with sources available during commissioning. Physical I/O info
Internet Access available.
Anydesk installed on both the client and server.
Network storage connected and mounted at drive in Windows.
Cinedeck Control Client/s networked to the Cinedeck Server.
Workflow requirements
What Codec and wrapper will you be using?
What folder structure and file naming will you need?
MAM integration (AVID/ Editshare Flow).
