  • The Cinedeck machine should be powered off

  • Turn off any front storage drives. Remove or disconnect any USB or SATA drives.

  • Insert the Restore USB to one of the backpanel USB ports. I normally use the one closest to the power supply.

  • Insert a keyboard.

  • Power up the Cinedeck machine and keep tapping the delete key to enter the BIOS.

  • Go to the last page and under boot override, select the Restore USB.

  • The restore process will begin to load. You will be prompted twice to press 'y' and enter to confirm you want to deploy the image. You will see a blue screen with red progress bar.

  • After the restore is complete, select power off.

  • Remove the Restore USB, turn on and reconnect any storage drives.

  • Power up the unit.
