-There will be 5 devices named “USB Serial Port”. Right click each one and select Properties. Look for the device with location “on USB Serial Converter”. Some Cinedeck systems may not list the location “on USB Serial Converter”, “on USB Serial Converter A”, “on USB Serial Converter B”, “on USB Serial Converter C”, or “on USB Serial Converter D” under USB Serial Port device properties.
