In CineXtools, set up the insert just as you normally would, either in the main Insert tab or in the Multi-insert tab. Once you have previewed the insert(s) and are happy with them
Select “Export File Insert Task” from the File menu.
The following window will open up:
containing “task name”, “Zip Archive Path” and “password (optional)” fields.
Select “Zip archive path” which will open the file open dialog. Select a destination folder and close the dialog.
Enter a task name in the task name field. We suggest a meaningful name, such as purpose of update, date/time, etc. Eg remove_boom_mic_scene_23B_05142020_1532. This field will also become the Zip archive file name.

When the dialogue box is closed, CineXtools will create the archive containing the media and cxt_agent.cxt file, which can then be sent to the end user |
