Start with launching the app. After ConneX has launched select File Setting File>Settings and copy the public key  With Email this public key to support@cinedeck.com , you can now visit the Customer Dashboard to generate a license file and following this guide Generating and Downloading a license Once you have the license open file setting in ConneX and browse to the location of your provided license file and load it.
