ZX Server and Client Setup and Operation Home
The ZX85 Ingest System is comprised of two components, the “Server”, and the “Client”, a separate application for PC, Mac or Chrome browser.
While the Client application can run on the Server hardware, it can also run elsewhere so that the user interface is not tied to any one system.
Take a look at the workflow diagram below that illustrates the Server-Client relationship.
There are very few operations that occur on the Server. Everything related to control, file naming, setting up projects occur on the Client.
