  1. In the initial pre-sales phase the solution will be clearly defined with any possible issues highlighted, discussed and resolved.

  2. System and workflows diagrams will be prepared with any custom workflow or integration requirements clearly defined.

  3. System diagrams are confirmed by client and Cinedeck CTO prior to order placement.

  4. PO is placed.

  5. Statement of work document prepared by the Cinedeck solutions team defining the required deliverables and project testing and acceptance procedures and “go-live” dates.

  6. This document will be converted by the solutions team into actionable Jira dev tickets with resources required and deadlines.

  7. Project plan created with all responsible parties listed.

  8. Responsible SA will setup a project kick-off meeting with all parties to ensure there are no omissions.
