  1. Ensure you have backed up your Presets. In the web client you can export to a directory, clear the cache and then import them back.

  2. Do not uninstall or delete your current version so you can revert back if needed. 

  3. Due to workflows varying from varying widely from customer to customer we very strongly advise that you allow for testing the entire workflow before going back into production with a new version. For more info visit Cinedeck Support
