If after Cinedeck server software launch via remote, you can't see the software or only a white window appears, you need to attach a monitor to the server or use a virtual monitor emulator.
To reset Cinedeck Client UI to default state:
Close Client app
Remove folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Cinedeck Client2
.Open Client app
If you need to remove or backup your presets they are found in C:\Users\User\Documents\Cinedeck Client\presets
Cinedeck server does not boot and goes into a crash loop:
End the Server Task in windows task manager
Go to the C:\Program Files\Cinedeck\cinedeck_server_2.0.version folder
Delete the C:\Program Files\Cinedeck\cinedeck_server_2.0.14\projects folder
Delete the config.ini file in C:\Program Files\Cinedeck\cinedeck_server_2.0.version folder
Delete the prefs.ini file in C:\Program Files\Cinedeck\cinedeck_server_2.0.version folder
Start the Cinedeck server software
