SFC /scannow detecting corrupted Windows Defender PowerShell files

As per the link above, certain Windows builds has a bug which reports certain files as corrupted and unfixable.

This was reported by Digistor on behalf of ABC Australia April 2022.

confirmed by Dev team to be a windows bug which has no adverse affect on Cinedeck operation and no action recomended,
