To clear the Client UI cache and return the settings to base select [Help] [Clear client settings cache].

Once you have done This will reset the setting for the client to its first install state, so you will need to reconnect to your Server again, to do this proceed with the steps outlined in Starting the Cinedeck Client UI for the first time.
