There are two key factors that have enabled Cinedeck’s success in the multicam studio space. The first is that Cinedecks create edit-ready media. This means that files that are encoded on Cinedeck can be picked up and edited right away. The second is that we can record directly across the network to shared storage. Again, this means a faster turn time since media doesn’t need to be copied from one location to another.
